Impact of wind-hydrogen plants on energy systems and RCS

The Haeolus project is pleased to publish a new deliverable on the impact of wind-hydrogen plants on energy systems and RCS authored by Gerardo A. Perez-Valdes, Sigrid Damman, Miguel Muñoz-Ortiz, Rolf Bye and Vibeke Nørstebø of SINTEF.

The report aims to assess the European scope of the concept the Haelous project proposes, that is, wind-powered hydrogen production for storage and commercialization. This is done as both an analysis of the Regulations, Codes and Standards existing in each country, and as a techno-economic analysis of different scenarios for dedicated hydrogen production and its role in energy generation in the continent.
